The services range from providing technical and commercial information, to the correct reading and interpretation of customers' electricity and gas bills.
Consumer electronics
This is one of the first markets in which M&T developed their services and techniques, and where T&M implemented projects that later opened the way to many of our existing Call Centre services.
Call centre inbound
These are Inbound phone services for consumers of electronic products, where they can call for advice and technical support given by specialized operators made available by Marketing & Telematica.
Consumers can call toll free numbers that are advertised in the media and on product packaging. Consumers can receive help both prior to purchase (pre-selling -- at the time they are choosing the product), and also after they acquire the product (where they may need help with correct usage, or with any problem).
Telemarketing outbound (DPMS)
Many companies take advantage of the direct marketing and telemarketing services through M&T's specialized organization. In this type of project the targets are usually specialized operators or the trade, almost never end users.
