At M&T, we operate with an organization that is customer-oriented and composed of six principal business units:

the Call Centre Inbound Unit that offers customer services on behalf of client firms

the Database Marketing Unit that creates and updates databases listing customers and their geographic locations

the Direct Marketing Unit that carries out client firms' assignments for sales promotion projects and other commercial projects

the Expo Marketing Unit that designs, develops and implements access management & supervision, and monitoring services, for Fairs and Exhibitions

the “Ad Hoc” Research Unit that carries out studies and market research tailored to clients' specific requirements. These include panels, qualitative and quantitative research, motivational research, mystery clients, focus groups and general research projects

the Medical Evidence Unit that publishes the most widely circulated newsletter in the Italian pharmacist trade, and conducts specialized seminars and Continued Education courses for the health sector.

M&T's organizational structure is composed of a hundred people and a dozen project Advisers. It is derived from the original advertising agency matrix where, side by side with the Business Units, are offered service functions, such as Financial and Cost Control, Information Technology, Client Account. In 2005, M&T moved offices to Arese , a town in the immediate proximity of Milano and of the new Milan Exhibition Centre, Polo Fiera Milano di Pero.
Our head office is about 1000 sq.m. in area. It is equipped with 40 telemarketing work stations, entirely computerized, with an Avaya telephone centre linked to the principal telephone line provider. There are over 90 lines and 2 Internet channels of 2 Mbit , each one guaranteed.
Security is guaranteed by firewall, back up and anti-virus units , updated daily and by continuity groups , both on the data and the telephone channels.
